Acas has new research conducted by NatCen Social Research into the experience of employers in micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with disputes and conflict at work.
Findings from the research highlights that on an organisational level, disciplinary and grievance issues had financial impacts for employers due to the time and cost of resolving disputes and the costs of financial settlements.
