Bespoke workshops for SMEs to support expansion and growth
The Liverpool Business School at LJMU currently manages and delivers two programmes under the Leadership Growth Skills project, funded through the European Social Fund, to upskill people currently fulfilling, or with the future potential to undertake higher level management and leadership roles.
The accredited ILM programmes are being delivered across the Liverpool City Region. The level two programme is suitable for early-career professionals with future potential to progress into higher-level leadership and management positions. While the level three programme is suitable for individuals in roles such as directors, middle managers, aspiring leaders of the future, and owners of microenterprises and SMEs that have not received formal leadership and management skills training previously.
The current programmes are fully funded which means no direct cost subject to meeting the eligibility criteria which includes being aged 18 and above, living or working within one of the six boroughs of the Liverpool City Region, employed or self-employed with an SME or social enterprise and the right to work in the UK.
Liverpool Business School can also deliver bespoke workshops to support SMEs with 20 or more employees as they look towards expansion and can focus on a range of topics such as managing change, mapping out future visions and actions to help scale up.
