Jackson Lees Group win Liverpool Law Society Award for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion

Jackson Lees Group are thrilled to have won the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Award at the Liverpool Law Society’s 2023 annual dinner.

The Dinner is one of the highlights of the region’s legal professionals’ calendar and this year it was held at Crowne Plaza Hotel in Liverpool city centre. These awards highlight the talent, diversity and skill across the Merseyside region and beyond.

The Equality, Diversity and Inclusion category was new for this year and it aimed to shine a light on the work of law firms that champion equality, diversity, and inclusion in their own organisation and/or the wider community.

Thanks to Dottie Lee, Head of Recruitment, Inclusion and Wellbeing, and her team, Jackson Lees Group are now being recognised for the work that they do surrounding neurodiversity. They ensure that everyone feels heard and included.

A special mention was included for the team’s work on Umbrella Passports. The Umbrella Passport empowers people to feel in control of their neurodivergence and their needs. It is effectively a user guide for them and those around them to unleash their full potential in a way that feels constructive and supportive.

Dottie said:
